Laser chuck considerations

NEWS | 2019-09-19 11:12 作者:admin
1. When installing, inspecting, or lubricating the laser chuck, all power must be turned off to ensure operator safety.
2. Do not operate the on-off valve while the spindle is rotating. Do not separate the laser collet until the head of the turntable is restored to a safe position. The workpiece or claw does not allow contact with the head of the turntable.
3. The number of turnings of the chuck should be selected according to the cutting conditions to prevent the workpiece from turning without exceeding the maximum allowable limit. As long as the design of the claws meets the specifications,
Balance and machining are achieved when the spindle speed is highest. Heavy unbalanced jaws have the greatest impact on maximum speed. Users should pay full attention to the design of the claws.
4. Do not activate the spindle switch until the safety door is closed to prevent the workpiece or claw from flying out.
5. Do not exceed the maximum oil pressure chuck to avoid damaging the chuck or flying out of the workpiece.
6. Use a hydraulic station with a reversing valve to avoid a power interruption and a sharp drop in cylinder pressure when the work is flying out.
7. Do not replace the chuck at will, so as not to damage the chuck. When the chuck is worn or damaged, the claws should be replaced immediately to prevent the workpiece from flying out during work.
8. Do not drink alcohol or take narcotic drugs before operating the machine.
9. Do not wear gloves or a tie when operating the machine.
10. A sling or ring must be used when removing and installing the chuck.
11. When clamping the workpiece, do not pinch it on your hand.
12. Do not hit the chuck to prevent the claws or workpiece from flying out.
13. It must be lubricated regularly to avoid bearing rust or parts wear due to poor machining accuracy. The working environment conditions encountered during the use of the chuck must be maintained on a regular basis.
